I am always in search of the perfect foundation for summer and was having some luck with mineral powders, so I decided to investigate some liquid foundations, too.

Cover Girl Fresh Look Makeup is a newer product so I had to visit a few drugstores before I found it. This oil-free, SPF 15 (4% titanium dioxide) foundation comes in a nice palm sized, flat bottle that fits easily into just about any purse or pocket. The color selection was excellent and since I am a little tan I thought I would try to match my medium olive skin tone. Classic Tan was a perfect match. I am really impressed by this foundation! The application is light and very smooth, yet achieves a light to medium coverage that goes on evenly and actually stays put for a day (one of my pet peeves). Although not as long lasting as Maybelline True Illusion or Estee Lauder Double Wear, I was pleased that it lasted through a full workday without a heavy look. A little goes a long way with this product, which was also a nice surprise. A few dots in key spots, blend it out and you're set! I would definitely give this one a try.
