Superfit Foundation Let me start off by stating that I thought for sure that I would dislike this product. I often have trouble finding a good color match in Clinique foundations, and I always dislike foundations which are touted as long-lasting. I was truly surprised and delighted when I tried this foundation. First of all, it comes in many yellow-toned, natural looking shades. I selected Shell and it was an almost perfect match. The texture of this foundation is light and creamy. It blends very easily (unlike most long lasting formulations). Once blended, it dries to a natural, semi-matte finish. It covers imperfections well, but it is not heavy or cakey looking. It also lasted all day on my oily skin. I would definitely recommend this foundation for those with oily skin; dry skin types may want to get a sample first.
Stop Signs Since I recently celebrated my thirtieth birthday and I have started to see fine lines around my eyes (and since I received a tiny, free sample bottle of this product in the mail), I decided to give it a try. In its full size packaging, this liquid serum is in a small bottle with an eye-dropper-type lid; obviously the idea is that only a few drops are needed. When I first applied this product to my face, I noticed that it was thin and slightly sticky. The stickiness, however, disappeared in a few seconds when the product dried. Stop Signs is not a moisturizing product; it diminishes lines by creating a "tightening" of the skin. If your skin is dry, you should certainly use a moisturizer before using this product. Did Stop Signs work? In one way, yes. The tightening effect did make my fine lines less noticeable temporarily. I do not feel that the product reduced skin discoloration, and I can't really tell if it would prevent or forestall future damage (mainly because the quantity of product in the sample did not allow me to observe these things).
