Mornings: 2) Cleanse face with Chanel Precision Gel Pureté. I prefer gel or foaming cleansers. Also try Prescriptives Sparkling Cleanser for Oily Skin. 3) Remove left over eye makeup with Chanel Precision Demaquillant Yeux Intense. Also try L'Oreal Gentle Eye Makeup Remover. 4) Apply toner with flat cotton pad. I like Chanel Precision Lotion Pureté. Also try BeneFit Alpha Smooth. In the summer I like Clinique Clarifying Lotion #4. Be careful if you have dryer skin, as #4 has a lot of alcohol in it. I generally need at least some alcohol in my toner. 5) Spot treat blemishes with Oxy 10 or BeneFit Boo Boo Zap. 6) My goal of eye cream is mainly prevention. Apply eye cream with small dabs under eyes and around corners. Although it is a cream and not a gel, I really like Chanel Precision Eye Correction Anti-Wrinkle Firming Eye Cream. It doesn't make my eye area greasy or cause my makeup to run. Also apply at night after cleansing. For dark circles, I occasionally use Lancome Vitabolic Eye during the day. 7) Apply moisturizer. New favorite is Chanel Precision Hydramax Oil-Free Hydrating Gel. Also try Bobbi Brown Face Lotion or Prescriptives All You Need for Oily Skin. After moisturizer, I use Precision T-Mat Shine Control from Chanel. You can apply it under or over foundation for at least 4-6 hours of shine control. I'm impressed. I'm now ready for make-up! 8) My nighttime routine uses the same products but I omit the Shine Control. Three times per week I apply Alpha Hydrox Extra Strength 10% AHA Oil-Free Formula before going to bed (helps that exfoliation process). When my face feels particularly yucky (and I have the time) I apply a facial mask before bed to get all of the crud out of my pores. A recent winner for me is Better Botanicals Refining Facial Mask for Combination/Oily skin (may be too drying for dry skin). Also try Philosophy Forest Gunk (good for all skin types, non-drying).
