Clarins has added new products to its color line, Impressionist Lights, for the face and eyes. Since there are so many skin care products in this line that I love I was looking forward to trying the Palette Impression for Face in "Bright Sun". The palette comes in a fairly large, round compact - probably too big to throw in your pocket. This product is not unlike many of the powder bronzers that are out there. I used a large powder brush and swept it across the swirls of different colors to "finish" my face after sheer foundation. It does a nice job of smoothing and illuminating the face and gives a nice healthy color. My olive skin is at its pasty winter worst right now, so I will use this again once I have a bit of color in the spring and summer and the color looks a bit more natural. This has a lovely, sheer texture and does not look too powdery on the skin. Give this one a try.
