I don’t know if it’s just me, but I have absolutely no clue what to do with my eyebrows. I don’t know how to shape them or define them. Then I discovered this product you can phone order or buy over the Internet called Eyebrowz. It’s a set of stencils and eyebrow powder so you can darken and shape your eyebrows. All you have to do is find your shape and place the stencil against your eye as a guide to define and darken your eyebrows. You can even use the stencils to pluck the eyebrow shape that you have always wanted. One can order the set of 4 stencils and a powder for $19.95 or skip the powder and just get the stencils for just $14.95.

It felt a little awkward trying to use the stencils for the first time. They offer stencils for thick, thin high arched curved or straight brows. ’m sort of in the middle. not to curved but not too straight, not thick, but not thin either. After a few minutes of uncertainty, I found the shape that fit me the best. I used the powder recommended for darker skin tones, removed the stencil from my brows, and screamed. I forgot to blend, and they looked way, way too dark. After I blended I felt better and liked the difference. My eyebrows were more noticeable, and they had more of a definite shape, which is exactly what I wanted. On another day, I used the eyebrow powder for lighter or fairer skins, and I actually liked this one better. It’s more subtle and I didn’t have to blend as much. They also offer a powder that is almost black, but I was afraid to try this one. Joan Crawford, I am not.

I would probably use these colors as eye shadows, and the darkest one as a powder liner (if I knew how to use powderliner). The mini brush they send with the powder is good for getting the color exactly where you want it, but you really need a Q tip or another brush for blending (they provide a few of those too). I probably wouldn’t use this for every day, but for special occasions I would take the time to do this. Bottom line, I liked this product and would recommend it for eyebrow novices, like myself, to pros. As long as they keep making this stuff, I’ll be around to check it out.
