What a treat to find a "safe", inexpensive makeup at the health food store that actually works! (For those who follow the Sage Skin Care ingredients list, this foundation is completely Sage safe!)

KMF Tinted Moisturizer with Ester-C and SPF8 is really more of a foundation than a tinted moisturizer, but it's a welcome addition to my summer makeup arsenal during the hot, steamy days of summer in DC.

Available in six colors, I found that Beach, a light buff, which is the second lightest shade available, was the perfect color for me. Dispensed from a simple-pump container, this foundation holds up to heat and humidity with no streaking or slipping, while maintaining a nicely matte finish all day long. Best of all, it's only $8!

If you can't find it at your local Whole Foods or Fresh Fields store (or similar health or natural foods store), you can order online at Kiss My Face or CosmeticMall.com. It might not be a real tinted moisturizer, but it's the best deal I've found in makeup in a LONG time!
